Article 3. Site access
The website latourdeberaud.com is reserved for use by adults.
The site is accessible free of charge, anywhere, to any User with Internet access. All expenses to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.

This contract is concluded for an indefinite period of time from the Use of the Service by the User.
Article 10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French legislation shall apply to this contract. If it is not possible to settle a dispute arising between the Parties amicably, the courts in the jurisdiction of Nîmes Court of Appeal shall alone be competent.
